I assume you're using Chrome (that's where we've managed to save the problem). Choose the three dots on the top right, then go down to settings.
Now choose Privacy and Security
Finally make sure you have standard protection selected. It's the enhanced protection which causes a problem.
You may need to restart your browser but that should sort your problems out!
